 2 red-skinned dessert apples
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Iceberg lettuce1 Large, shredded
 1 large cauliflower, broken into florets
 6 slices garlic sausage, cut into strips
 Mayonnaise300 Milliliter
 Cream142 Milliliter, soured
 Curry powder1 Tablespoon

Directions

Cut the apples into quarters, remove the cores, then slice the apples thinly.
Sprinkle the lemon juice over the apple slices to prevent browning.
Place in a large salad bowl with the lettuce, cauliflower and sausage.
Blend the mayonnaise, soured cream and curry powder together in a small bowl.
Pour over the salad just before serving, tossing well.
