Crispy Grilled Fish Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
| Cornflakes | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley crushed | |
| Sesame seed | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
| 1 16-ounce package frozen fish fillets, thawed | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine cornflake crumbs and sesame seed.
Brush fish with soy sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread one side of each fillet with sour cream; press coated side in crumb mixture.
Repeat spreading with sour cream and coating other side of fillets.
Place the coated fish fillets in well-greased wire grill basket.
Grill fish over medium-hot coals about 8 minutes.
Turn fish and grill till fish flakes easily with a fork, about 8 minutes more
