Directions

Soak pearl onions in boiling water for 5 minutes and drain. The soak them in ice water for 2 minutes and drain. Remove stem, ends and skin. Now put the onions in a bowl and put flour, paprika and oregano over it and coat it well. Then crack an egg over it. The mixture should be gooey. Roll the onions in flour and deep fry them in Canola oil at 375 F or till golden brown. Serve them with horseradish dipping sauce.
