Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
| 4 whole chicken legs | ||
| 1 onion, chopped salt and pepper | ||
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 tsp onion salt | ||
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoning | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Celery salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Peanut oil | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a saucepan filled with boiling water, place chicken and onion.
Season with salt and pepper.
Boil 10 minutes.
Let stand to cool.
In a bag, combine flour and spices.
In a bowl, beat together egg and milk.
Dip in chicken legs.
Transfer to bag of seasoned flour.
Toss chicken in order to coat evenly.
Set aside.
In a large deep fryer, heat oil to 400 °F (205 °C).
Fry chicken legs until golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper.
Boil 10 minutes.
Let stand to cool.
