Crispy Fish Batter Recipe Video

MAKING
1. In a sifter, add the all purpose flour, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder, seasoning salt and the garlic powder. Sift them together.
2. Next pour in the water and mix until well combined.
3. Dredge the fish in the batter until well coated.
