 Cooked rice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Spinach2 Cup (16 tbs), finely shredded
 Bean sprouts1 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 celery stalks, minced into diagonal slices
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), quartered
 Green bell pepper1 To taste, cut into strips
 Green onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Peanuts1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Raisins1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley sprigs3 , chopped
 Peanut oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Soy sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed (Dressing)
 1/4 tsp celery pepper

Directions

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except for dressing.
In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
Approximately 30 minutes before serving, pour dressing over salad.
