Crispy Crunchy Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Spinach | 2 Cup (16 tbs), finely shredded | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 celery stalks, minced into diagonal slices | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), quartered | |
| Green bell pepper | 1 To taste, cut into strips | |
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Peanuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raisins | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley sprigs | 3 , chopped | |
| Peanut oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed (Dressing) | |
| 1/4 tsp celery pepper | ||
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except for dressing.
In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
Approximately 30 minutes before serving, pour dressing over salad.
