Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Melt the butter in a 1-quart saucepan, stir in the lemon juice, and set aside. Meanwhile, cut each half chicken breast into 8 pieces.
2. Combine the bread crumbs, salt, rosemary, and garlic on a plate or a sheet of wax paper. Dip the chicken into the lemon butter, then roll in the bread-crumb mixture.
3. Place the tidbits in one layer on a greased 15 1/2"x 10 1/2 x 1" baking pan, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the pieces are golden brown.
