 Egg white1

 Blanched almonds2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 cups Shreddies cereal
 Granulated Sugar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Chili powder1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

In bowl, beat egg white with water until frothy. Add almonds and Shreddies; stir to coat.
Stir together sugar, cinnamon, paprika and chili powder; add to nut mixture and toss to coat well. Spread in well-greased 13- X 9-inch (3.5 L) baking dish. Bake in 250°F (120°C) oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Makes 4 cups (1 L).
