Ingredients

 
3 cups diced cooked roast beef 3 cups diced cold, cooked potatoes 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, Salt and pepper to taste, Milk or leftover gravy

Directions

Combine beef, potatoes, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
Moisten with milk, and spread evenly in lightly greased hot skillet.
Brown thoroughly on 1 side over low heat.
Fold over as with an omelet.
Turn onto hot platter, and serve.
Note: Leftover meat should be diced small but not ground.
The cooked potatoes should be diced about the same size as the meat cubes.
