Crispy Oven Trout Recipe
I am sure we both will agree that this Crisp Oven Trout is simply delicious And I am double sure that this recipe of Crisp Oven Trout makes it super delicious. This recipe is a good way to use Fish. I just love Main Dish recipes and this dish is my only favorite amongst them. You don't have to be an expert to judge how delicious and flavorful this dish is.
Ingredients
4 pan trout, dressed
Salt and pepper
3 tsp low-calorie margarine
1/2 . fresh parsley, finely snipped
1 egg
3 tsp skim milk
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs, toasted
Directions
Wash and pat trout with a towel to dry.
Season both the cavity and the outside with salt and pepper.
With a fork, blend together the margarine and parsley.
Spread mixture inside the cavity of the trout.
In a flat pan, beat together the egg and milk.
Dip each fish in the egg mixture.
Roll trout in the bread crumbs and shake off any excess.
Place in well-greased flat baking dish.
Bake at 500°F (290°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until trout is brown and tender.
