Crisp Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Rolled oats | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , Well beaten | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Almond extract | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Mix rolled oats, sugar, and oil together; let stand overnight.
Heat oven to 325° (slow mod.).
Blend eggs, salt, and almond extract into rolled oat mixture.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls on un-greased baking sheet.
Bake about 15 min.
Let cool to room temperat
