Crispy Mousse Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 /2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Granulated Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 Large | |
| All purpose flour | 2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1 1 /2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons savory seasonings Bake Blend | ||
| 1/2 cup dark molasses | ||
| Coffee | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Granulated sugar | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Place butter and sugar in large mixing bowl; beat until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg.
Combine flour, baking soda and bake blend.
Beat in flour mixture alternately with molasses and coffee.
Chill dough one hour: Roll into 1 inch balls.
Dip one side in sugar; place, sugar side up, 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set.
Remove from baking sheet onto wire racks.
Store in an airtight container.
