Crispy And Crunchy Salad With Herb And Walnut Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Snow peas | 1/4 Pound, cleaned | |
| 4 stalks celery, sliced diagonally | ||
| Lettuce | 6 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Cucumber | 1 , sliced | |
| Zucchini | 2 , sliced | |
| Tomatoes | 3 , sliced | |
| Mushrooms | 4 , garnish | |
| 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts, skins removed | ||
| 2 tbsp. chopped green onions | ||
| Basil | 2 Tablespoon, chopped (Dressing) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced (Dressing) | |
| Dijon Mustard | 2 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Olive oil | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all the salad ingredients and toss well.
2) In a jar, add all the dressing ingredients and shake well to mix.
3) Allow to stand at minimum 45 minutes, then combine with the salad.
SERVING
4) Serve in a nice plate.
