 Black-eyed peas - 1 can (16 oz.) , drained and rinsed
 Oil-free Italian dressing - - 1/3 cup
 Green chilies1 Can (10oz), chopped
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Italian seasoning1/4 Teaspoon
 Red pepper flakes1 Dash, crushed
 Tomatoes2
 Green onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced

Directions

MAKING
1.Mix together first 6 ingredients.
2. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
3.Add in green onions and tomatoes.
4. Toss well.

SERVING
5. Serve caviar with pita wedges or Melba rounds.
