Crimehy Wheat Sticks Recipe

| Eggs | 2 , Well beaten | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup salad oil or melted shortening | ||
| Enriched flour | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Baking powder | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2/3 cup granular wheat cereal | ||
Directions
Grease and preheat corn stick pans in hot oven (400°).
Combine eggs, sugar, milk, and shortening.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; mix in cereal.
Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients all at once; stir just to mix.
Fill hot pans 3/4 full, or pour into greased 9x9x2 inch pan.
Bake in hot oven (400°) about 20 minutes.
