Cress Broth Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water - 1/2 to 1 soup can | ||
| Watercress | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Lemon wedges | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl add beef broth, water, and watercress and blend together.
2) Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
SERVING
3) Serve in chilled mugs or bowls.
4) Garnish with lemon wedges.
