Ingredients

 8-oz. can Refrigerated Quick Crescent Dinner Rolls
 Chocolate Chips6 Ounce
 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
 Egg whites3
 Firmly packed brown sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Heat oven to 375°F.
Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles.
Place in ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
Press over bottom to form crust; press perforations to seal.
Sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips and 3/4 cup nuts (reserve remaining nuts for topping).
Lightly press chips and nuts into dough.
In small bowl, beat egg whites until frothy; gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Spread meringue over chips and nuts.
Sprinkle with reserved 1/4 cup nuts.
Bake at 375°F for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely; cut into bars.
