Ingredients
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bouillon cube, crumbled
2 tablespoons sherry
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon minced chives
8 crepes
1 recipe tomato sauce
Directions
Slice mushrooms.
Saute in hot butter for several minutes.
Add salt, bouillon cube and sherry.
Cook until simmering.
Stir in sour cream and chives.
Heat until warm through.
Spoon mixture onto center of crepes; fold and serve with tomato sauce spooned over the top.
