Crepes Recipe
I originally made this Crepes for my spouse but I can't stop eating it now! I just love Main Dish recipes and this dish is my only favorite amongst them. Caring is all about sharing and I can show how much I care for you by sharing this Crepes recipe.
Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
Combine flour, milk, and egg in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Refrigerate batter for 1 hour. (This allows flour particles to swell and soften so crepes are light in texture)
Coat bottom of a 6-inch crepe pan with cooking spray, place pan over medium heat until hot.
Pour 2 tablespoons batter into pan.
Tilt pan quickly in all directions so batter covers bottom of pan.
Cook 1 minute.
Lift edge of crepe to test for doneness.
Crepe is ready for flipping when it can be shaken loose from pan.
Flip crepe, and cook.
Place on a paper towel to cool.
Stack cooled crepes between layers of waxed paper to prevent sticking.
Repeat procedure until all batter is used.
