Crepes
1/3 cup orange juice
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/4 cup orange-flavor liqueur
Directions
1. Prepare Crepes.
2. About 20 minutes before serving, prepare sauce: In 10-inch skillet or chafing dish over low heat, heat orange juice, butter or margarine, sugar, and orange peel until butter melts.
3. Fold Crepes into quarters; arrange in sauce; heat through.
4. In very small saucepan over medium heat, heat liqueur until hot; remove from heat. Ignite liqueur with a match; pour flaming liqueur over Crepes. When flame dies down, serve Crepes on warm dessert plates.
