 1 pint chocolate or vanilla ice cream
 Clarified butter3 Tablespoon
 Blueberries1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Yellow chartreuse1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cherry heering1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Fill the center of each crepe with approximately 1/4 cup ice cream; roll, wrap in cellophane, and freeze until hard.
