| 8 thin dessert crepes | ||
| 1 pint chocolate or vanilla ice cream | ||
| Clarified butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Blueberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Yellow chartreuse | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cherry heering | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Fill the center of each crepe with approximately 1/4 cup ice cream; roll, wrap in cellophane, and freeze until hard.
