Crepes Surprises Au Chartreuse Recipe
Ingredients
8 thin dessert crepes
1 pint chocolate or vanilla ice cream
3 tablespoons Clarified Butter
1 cup blueberries
1/3 cup yellow Chartreuse
1/4 cup Cherry Heering
Directions
Fill the center of each crepe with approximately 1/4 cup ice cream; roll, wrap in cellophane, and freeze until hard.
