Crepes South Of The Border Recipe
Ingredients
1 fresh mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
1 fresh papaya, peeled, seeded, and diced
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
10 to 12 Sweet Crepes
1 cup cream cheese, softened and whipped
3 tablespoons honey
Coconut Sugar, for sprinkling
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine fruit in a large bowl.
Spread the centers of crepes with cream cheese.
Divide fruit among crepes.
Fold into packages.
Place packages in a baking dish, and drizzle honey over all.
Bake for 20 minutes.
