Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) flour
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp (15 ml) melted butter
1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
How to make Crepes Basic Recipe
– In a bowl, mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours.– In a lightly buttered skillet, pour 1/4 cup (60 ml) crepe mixture, spread evenly on skillet surface. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat. Turn crepe and cook on other side for 30 seconds.
– Garnish crepes with your choice of stuffing. Roll crepe or fold in half before serving.
N.B.: For sweet crepes, add 1 tbsp (15 ml) of honey to the batter.
