Crepes Annette Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Orange peel | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Lemon peel | 1/4 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange liqueur | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brandy | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 16 Chocolate Crepes | ||
| 1/2 of 4 oz. bar (4 sections) Semi-Sweet Chocolate | ||
Directions
In chafing dish or large skillet, heat sugar with orange and lemon peel.
Stir constantly for a few minutes.
(Do not melt sugar.) Stir in butter and melt.
Add orange juice, liqueur and brandy.
Cook until slightly thickened.
Fold Chocolate Crepes into fourths.
Heat crepes in sauce.
Serve 2 crepes with sauce for each serving.
Grate chocolate to decorate top of crepes.
