Directions
2. Preheat 8-inch Chef Style Fry Pan over medium heat 2 minutes or until drops of water dance on dry pan surface; for each crepe, pour about 2 tablespoons batter into pan; immediately tilt pan to coat bottom evenly; cook 45 seconds or until top looks dry; turn; cook second side about 20 seconds.
3. Fill crepes with any savory or sweet filling, as desired; may be served as an entree or dessert. Makes 12
