 Dairy sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup finely chopped purple onion
 1 cup finely chopped hard cooked eggs
 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepp
 2 ounces black caviar
 2 ounces golden caviar
 Dill sprig10 , garnish
 Lemon wedges10 , garnish

Directions

In medium size bowl, combine sour cream, onion, eggs and black pepper.
With small rubber spatula, gently fold caviar into sour cream mixture.
Spread mixture evenly over crepe leaving a 1 inch border around edges.
Beginning at short end, carefully roll crepe.
