Creole Succotash Recipe

Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) frozen baby lima beans
1 package (10 ounces) frozen whole kernel corn
1 can (about 1 pound) stewed tomatoes
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Cook lima beans, following label directions; when almost tender, add corn; heat to boiling; simmer for 2 minutes (If needed, add 1 or 2 tablespoons water to finish cooking, but when done, water should be absorbed.).
Stir in tomatoes; heat just until steaming hot; spoon succotash into serving dishes and top each with a pat of butter or margarine.
