Ingredients

 
Onion- 2 tablespoons, chopped
 
Green pepper- 4 tablespoons, minced
 
Butter- 2 tablespoons
 
Flour- 3 tablespoons
 
Salt and pepper- to taste
 
Tomatoes- 2 or Canned tomatoes- 1/2 cup
 
Bouillon- 1 cup
 
Mushrooms- 1/4 cup, sliced

Directions

MAKING
1.In a pan, sauté onion and pepper in butter for 5 minutes
2.Then add flour and seasonings and stir until browned
3.Now add tomatoes and mushrooms gradually and cook for 2 minutes
4.Finally add bouillon and heat to boiling
SERVING
5.Serve with fish and chicken
