Creole Liver Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| 1 1/2 pounds baby beef liver | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Onions | 2 Small, separated into rings | |
| Celery stalks | 2 , sliced | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, cut into wedges | |
| Green pepper | 1 Large, cut into thin strips | |
| 1/2 cup vegetable juice cocktail | ||
Directions
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray, add liver.
Sprinkle each side with salt and pepper.
Cook liver over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook 15 minutes or until liver is tender.
