Creole Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked chicken | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1 c. cooked macaroni | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Pepper red | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chicken broth | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Mix chicken, macaroni, celery, red pepper, green pepper and parsley; moisten with chicken broth.
Beat eggs; stir in flour and cream.
Fold into chicken mixture; turn into baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
