Creole Catfish Fillets Recipe
Creole catfish fillets are a nice change to taste buds. You will enjoy the change. The preparation technique is simple and can be made with the easily available ingredients.
Ingredients
Catfish fillets-1 pound
All-purpose flour-1/4 cup
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Paprika-1/4 teaspoon
Onion-2 tablespoons, minced
Chili sauce-1/2 cup
Boiling water-1/2 cup
Parsley-1 tablespoon, minced
Butter-2 tablespoon, melted
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix flour, salt and paprika and coat the fillets in it.
2)Take a shallow greased baking pan and put the fillets into it.
3)In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and pour it over the fish.
4)Now, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, basting frequently.
5)Then, turn it and bake for 15 minutes longer, basting frequently.
SERVING
6)Serve Creole catfish fillets immediately.
