Creole Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

| Vinegar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Catsup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot Sauce | 2 Drop | |
| Red onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Celery stalks | 6 , chopped | |
| Lemon | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper red | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large dutch oven, stirring well; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer sauce, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove and discard bay leaf.
Use sauce for basting, or serve with, beef, pork, or chicken.
