 Hot Sauce2 Drop
 Red onion1 Large, chopped
 Celery stalks6 , chopped
 Lemon1 , thinly sliced
 Bay Leaf1
 Salt1 Tablespoon
 Pepper red2 Tablespoon
 Celery seeds2 Tablespoon
 Garlic salt1 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large dutch oven, stirring well; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer sauce, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove and discard bay leaf.
Use sauce for basting, or serve with, beef, pork, or chicken.
