Creole Scallops Recipe
Ingredients
| Stewed tomatoes - 2 cups (one 1-pound can) | ||
| Sea scallops package | 1 , frozen | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste | |
| All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 In a saucepan, add tomatoes, scallops, onion, and green pepper.
2 Bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
3 In a bowl, mix flour with water.
4 Mix with the tomato mixture and cook stirring constantly until thick.
5 Add salt for seasoning.
SERVING
6 Serve on rice.
