Ingredients

 45 ml saf flower oil
 3 finely diced onions
 2 finely diced green bell peppers
 3 finely diced celery stalks
 20 peeled, seeded and chopped tomatoes
 Salt10 Milliliter
 Paprika10 Milliliter
 Garlic powder5 Milliliter
 Onion powder5 Milliliter
 Cayenne pepper5 Milliliter
 Pepper white3 Milliliter
 Black pepper3 Milliliter
 Basil leaves5 Milliliter
 Oregano leaves3 Milliliter
 Thyme leaves3 Milliliter
 Green onions6 , diced
 Parsley1 Bunch (100gm), chopped

Directions

Heat the oil in a large sauce pan.
Saute the onion, celery and green pepper until tender.
Add the tomatoes and seasoning, simmer gently until the desired thickness has been achieved (about 4 hours).
Add the green onion and parsley.
Simmer 15 minutes longer.
Sauce is ready for use.
