Creole Pepper Steak Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound beef top round steak (cut 1-inch thick)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon red pepper
Directions
Combine garlic, thyme and red pepper.
Press evenly into both sides of steak.
Grill 12 to 14 minutes for rare to medium, turning once.
