Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 6 | |

| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| All purpose flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Red Pepper - 1/8 teaspoon to 1/4 teaspoon | ||
| Oysters | 1 | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Biscuit mix | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a skillet, fry the bacon till crisp and keep aside, reserving the drippings
2) Add in the mushrooms, onion, celery, garlic and saute in the drippings till tender
3) Tip in the flour, salt and the red pepper and mix well
4) Add in the bacon, oyster, parsley, lemon juice and the water
5) Into a 9 inch square baking pan, already greased, spoon in the mixture
6) Mix together the biscuit mix and the milk and stir well
7) Onto a floured board roll out the dough
8) Roll out to fit the baking pan
9) Place over the oyster mixture and slit in the center to allow steam to vent
10)Bake AT 400 f for 20 minutes till the top has turned a nice golden brown
SERVING
11) Serve Warm
