Creole Kisses Recipe
Ingredients
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Beat egg whites with a rotary or electric beater until they stand in peaks.
Beat in the sugar and vanilla a little at a time.
Stir in pecans.
Cover a cooky sheet with brown wrapping paper.
Drop the Kisses from a teaspoon onto the ungreased paper and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
