Ingredients

 3 wieners, sliced crosswise
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Fat2 Tablespoon
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Canned tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Cook rice in rapidly boiling salted water until tender or until rice absorbs water. Rinse rice in cold water and drain.
2. Melt fat in frying pan and brown green pepper and onion. Add rice, tomatoes and salt.
3. Cover and simmer 15 min.
4. Remove cover, place wieners on rice. Return cover and simmer 5 min.
