Creole Flounder Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds flounder or pollock fillets | ||
| Tomatoes | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Instant minced onion | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil leaves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper | ||
| 4 drops red pepper sauce | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 500°.
Place fish in greased baking dish, 13 1/2 x 9 x 2 inches.
Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over fish.
Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
If desired, garnish with tomato wedges and green pepper rings.
