Creole Fish Recipe
Creole Fish made with this recipe looks nice in addition to tasting great! Use the freshest of Fish available to get a flavorful Creole Fish. I will prepare this Creole Fish as Main Dish for a get-together I am soon going to host. If you don't want to be a big sinner, don't simply read this Creole Fish recipe, try it as well.
Ingredients
2 tsp butter
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
14 oz canned crushed tomatoes, in their juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1 bay leaf
2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper
1 lb fish fillets, cubed
Directions
In a large skillet, melt butter.
Saute onion, bell pepper and mushrooms until vegetables are tender.
Add tomatoes, lemon juice, mustard, bay leaf and Tabasco sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Add fish.
Cover.
Cook 7-10 minutes.
