Creole Bouillabaisse Recipe
Creole Bouillabisse has a simple taste. Creole Bouillabisse is very easy to prepare. Creole Bouillabisse can be tried by fish lovers.
Ingredients
1 lb fresh or frozen fish
1/4 cup oil
2 onions, chopped
1 celery stalk, diced
2 green bell peppers, diced
3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp marjoram
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup flour
19 oz canned tomatoes
3 cups chicken broth
Directions
If using frozen fish, thaw first.
Cut fish into 1 inch (2.5 cm) cubes.
Set aside.
In a heavy bottomed saucepan, heat oil.
Saute onions, celery, bell peppers, garlic and seasonings a few minutes.
Stir in flour.
Add tomatoes and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil, while stirring.
Add fish.
Cover.
Over low heat, simmer 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Stir occasionally.
Adjust seasoning.
