Creme de Menthe Salad Ring Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 3-ounce package lime-flavored gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 8 1/4-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice | ||
| 3 tablespoons creme de menthe liqueur | ||
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pears | 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine pine-apple juice, creme de menthe and enough water to equal 3/4 cup liquid; add to gelatin.
Chill to thicken.
Add sour cream; beat until light and creamy.
Fold in pineapple and pears.
Pour mixture into greased 4-cup ring mold; chill until set.
Unmold and pour Dressing into center of ring.
Garnish with lime slices.
