Creme De Cacao Balls Recipe
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 30)
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup creme de cacao
2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
Sifted powdered sugar
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls, roll balls in powdered sugar.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
Before serving, roll again in powdered sugar.
