Creme of Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
salmon fillets 1lb
thick cream 3 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
garlic{chopped} 1 tsp
pepper 1/2 tsp
onions 1 medium {finely chopped}
Mashed potatoes 1/4 cup
water 2 cups
Butter 1 tbsp
salt to taste
parsley {chopped fine) to garnish
Directions
cook salmon fillets in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes. keep aside the water in which the fish has been cooked.Mince the fillets. Saute the chopped onions in butter. Add garlic and saute for 5 more minutes.Add salt , pepper and fish. Add the fish stock and 2 cups of water .Let it boil . Then add milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the mashed potatoes and mix well.Then remove from the fire and add thick cream and parsley. Good for 4 people.
