Crema De Mango Recipe
Ingredients
4 pounds (about 5) ripe mangoes
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped
1 cup diced pecans
2 large oranges, peeled, seeded, diced, and drained
4 (or more) tablespoons sugar
Garnishes:
Maraschino cherries, fresh mint leaves
Directions
Peel, seed, and puree mangoes with lime juice in a food processor or blender.
Transfer mango puree to a large bowl, fold in the whipped cream, pecans, and drained orange pieces.
Sweeten to taste with sugar.
Spoon into dessert bowls or glasses.
Chill thoroughly.
