Buttermilk or yoghurt
Chicken stock (or) plain soy milk for vegans or lactose intolerants
Olive oil or flavored oils such as basil, garlic or chili oil
Roasted garlic mashed potatoes or horse radish, or gold cheese and chives or corn and chili or spinach and ham.

Directions
You can steam or boil the potatoes
Stem the potatoes for approximately 15 minutes.
For boiling place the potatoes in pan and cover them and allow boiling for 20 minutes.
Drain the cooked potatoes in the coriander.
Make sure that potatoes are moisture free and they are dry.
Keep the potatoes in a sheet pan in a single layer to remove the moisture.
Dry in a 300 degree F. oven for ten minutes.
Mix the mashed potatoes with your favorite ingredients.
If the potatoes are hold too long they are oxidized and look great.
