Creamy Tacos Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 (15 ounce) can chili with no beans
1 pound Velveeta cheese, melted
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup taco or picante sauce
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Stir in the chili.
Gradually beat the cream into the melted velveeta cheese in a large bowl; stir in the taco sauce.
Add the ground beef mixture to the velveeta cheese mixture and mix well.
Serve over round taco chips.
Top with lettuce, tomato and shredded Cheddar cheese.
