Creamy Prawn Creole Recipe

Directions
Melt butter for 30 seconds on HIGH, add curry powder, shallots, garlic and capsicum.
Cook for 2 minutes on HIGH.
Stir in evaporated milk, tomato paste, soy sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes on HIGH.
Add sour cream, sherry and prawns, stir well and cook for 8-10 minutes on MEDIUM.
Serve with boiled rice.
