2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 1/2 cups milk
1 1/3 cups instant mashed potato puffs (dry)
Directions
Heat butter, onion, salt, celery salt, pepper and milk to scalding.
Stir in potato puffs; continue cooking until smooth, stirring constantly.
