Creamy Poppy Seed Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
3 medium whole chicken breasts, cooked
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
2 tubes butter crackers, crushed
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) margarine, melted
Directions
Cut the chicken into large pieces, discarding the skin and bones.
Layer in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Combine the soup, sour cream and poppy seeds in a bowl and mix well.
Spread the soup mixture over the chicken layer.
Combine the butter crackers and margarine in a bowl and mix well; spread over the soup mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
